PUBLIC EXPOSE RESULTS (PUBLIC EXPOSE)
PT BANK OF IND!A INDONESIA TBK.
JAKARTA, 12 DECEMBER 2023

In order to fulfill the provisions of point V.1 of Exchange Regulation No. I-E regarding the
Obligation to Submit Information, PT Bank of India Indonesia Tbk. on Tuesday, 12
December 2023 at the Head Office of PT Bank of India Indonesia Tbk, Jakarta ("thc
Company"), held a Public Expose.

The Company management who attended the event were:

Mr, RM Raharjo Satrio Unggul, Main. Director.

Mr. Jayaprakash Bharathan, Deputy Chief Director.

Ms. Carolina Dina Rusdiana, Director of Operations.

Mr. Dennis Kusuma Halim, Compliance Director.

Mr. Chandra Sekhar Mukherjee, Director of Credit & International Banking.
Mr. Hary Suryawan Dwiputra, Head of Human Capital Services Division.

Bearing in mind that the Public Expose was held after the Company's Extraordinary
General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS), s0 in its presentation, the company's Directors,
apart from cxplaining the company's performance up to the third guarter of September
2023, also explained the results cf he EGMS, namely:

Approved the Cancellation of the Company's EGMS Decision dated March 26
2018 concerning the Delisting of PT Bank of India Indonesia Tbk Shares. on the

Indonesian Stock Exchange.

In the guestion and answer session there were 3 (three) media who asked guestions to the
Company's Management. We summarize these guestions as follows:

a) Regarding the fulfillment of free float reguirements, how is the Company's efforts
to fulfill them?

Answer :

The company has made efforts to fulfill the free float reguirements, including by
transferring some shares tocomply with provisions V.1.1 and V.1.2 of Exchange
Regulation No.I-A. The transfer of shares is carried out in two ways, namely
Granted and Sale and Purchase. The scheme is thai Minority Shareholders of PT
Panca Mantra Jaya (PMJ) will reduce their share ownership from 6.78Y6 to 4.99Ya
where 1.7946 of the shares are transferred to the public. The share ownership of
Minority Shareholders is 4.99Y4 divided into 3.55Yo in seripless form and 1.44Yo in
scrip form. By changing the composition of scripless shares owned by PT Panca
Mantra Jaya (PMI), the minimum free float provisions can be met.

b) For Liguidity, Capital and CAR, are BGT any plans by the Company to increase
capital?

Answer:

The current liguidity condition is a common banking problem, it has even become
a global issue, resulting in third party funds not growing significant!y, but thc
biggest contribution to the incrcase is in CASA (cheap funds) products.

Currently the Company is not facing liguidity problems, and the Company's funds
are currently placed in several securities iristruments. :

The capital increase was carried out last year amounting to IDR 1.3 trillion to meet
OJK reguirements for meeting Minimum Capital. So far CAR has fallen due to
credit growth, but is still around 90-10096, a position far above the minimum
reguirement. Thus, in the future there arc no plans to increase capital. '

c) What are the Kya credit growth in 2024, will the company strengthen retail
or business?

Answer:

The company targets credit growth in 2024 in line with industrial growth, where
growth is in the range of 13-15Y4.

The Company's RBB is also prepared in line with industrial growth. Currently the
Company is also evaluating the sectors that wii! become target credit markets. In
2023, the Company diversified by distributing credit to multi-sectors neng
manufacturing. mining, automotive, electronics and construction.

On the other hand, the Company is also diversifying by giving credit to more locals
and moving away from loan concentration to Indonesians with Indian origin.

As of September 2023, the Company's credit distribution rcached IDR 3.73 T. This
figure grew significantly by around 65.18”6 compared to last year's period. In the
future, the Company will focus on SME

2. INFOBANK
a) Regarding the DPK issue, how does the Company deal with this problem?
Answer :
The President Director of the Company explained that the DPK issue was indeed a
problem for many banks. But if we look at a broader spectrum, the Company's DPK
grew guite well. If you look at the growth figures for a year, this may seem small,
but in the last 9 months, DPK grew 1596. The main director explained that the
current market situation is unstable. Thus, many banks are competing to create new
products and services to attract new customers. However, the slowing growth in
deposits does not mean the Company has liguidity problems, One of them is because
the Company has securities whose value reaches IDR 2 Bio. One of the challenges
is providing appropriate services and products to the community (India) where
trading volume between India and Indonesia is increasing. 6

b) NPTL is slightly above 5Y6, what are the steps to reduce it?

Answer:

NPLs As of September 2023, it is still around '5.52Y6. The company stated that it
wouid continue to reduce NPT. to below 5Y6. The Company is taking all out efforts
to restore several customers who have been restructured (low guality credit) and the
Company has also communicated a lot with customers wherein the last 3 (three)
years it has improved the NPL position.

However, there are still customers who expericnce NPLs. The Company
Management ensures that various efforts to reduce NPLs are continuously carried
Out.

3. Duta Nusantara
Media Duta Nusantara asking about when will the company suspended will be
lifted up? ?
Answer :
Management answered that after ihe Company complies with the provisions of
Exchange V.I.1 and V.1.2, the suspension will be lifted by the Indonesian Stock
Exchange (BEI).
