Perubahan Peraturan Nomor I-E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi tertanggal 30 September 2022
pada poin III.1.1.4. Bersama ini, Perseroan menyampaikan penjelasan atas perubahan lebih dari 20% pada
pos Total Aset pada Laporan Keuangan Konsolidasian Diaudit yang berakhir pada 31 Desember 2025
dibandingkan dengan Laporan Keuangan Tahunan Perseroan yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2024

change of more than 20% in the Total Assets in the Company's Interim Consolidated Financial Statements as

Total aset Perseroan dan Entitas Anak per 31 Desember 2025 dibandingkan dengan total aset per 31
Desember 2024 mengalami penurunan sebesar 21,18% yang terutama disebabkan oleh penurunan piutang
usaha menjadi sebesar Rp3.127.208.729,- penurunan persediaan menjadi sebesar Rp7.500.675.722,- serta
penurunan pada tanah yang akan dikembangkan menjadi sebesar Rp1.368.693.134,- yang membuat total
aset turun menjadi Rp42.984.452.327,- di 31 Desember 2025 dari Rp54.532.210.814,- di 31 Desember 2024.
Total Assets of the Company and its subsidiaries for the period of December 31, 2025 compared to total
assets for the period December 31, 2024, experienced an decreased by 21.18% which was mainly due to a
decrease in trade accounts receivable to IDR 3,127,208,729, decreased in inventory to IDR 7,500,675,722
and decreased in land for development to IDR 1,368,693,134 which made total assets decrease to IDR
42,984,452,327 as of December 31, 2025 compared to IDR 54,532,210,814 on December 31, 2024.
Penurunan total aset Perseroan tersebut yang dijelaskan diatas tidak mempengaruhi bisnis utama Perseroan
yang dapat ditunjukkan dengan penurunan pendapatan usaha yang kurang dari 20% dibandingkan dengan
periode sebelumnya.
The decrease in the Company's total assets as described above does not affect the Company's core business,
as evidenced by a decline in revenue of less than 20% compared to the previous period.
