86/DNRI/Let/LGL/VI/2023 tanggal 20 Juni
2023 di mana salah satu hasil keputusan
RUPST Perseroan adalah memberikan
kuasa dan wewenang kepada Dewan
Komisaris Perseroan untuk menunjuk Kantor
Akuntan Publik yang akan mengaudit laporan
keuangan Perseroan untuk tahun buku 2023
dan menetapkan honorarium Akuntan Publik
tersebut serta persyaratan penunjukan
lainnya. Berdasarkan kuasa dan wewenang
tersebut, maka dengan ini Dewan Komisaris

Regulation No. 13/POJK.03/2017 regarding the
Use of Public Accountant ("PA") and Public
Accounting Firm ("PAF") Services and the
Deed of Minutes of the Annual General Meeting
of Shareholders ("AGMS") number 14 dated 16
Juni 2023 as its minutes summary has been
conveyed to the Financial Services Authority
through the Company's letter No.
86/DNRI/Let/LGL/VI/2023 dated 20 June 2023,
wherein one of the AGMS' decision is to grant
authority to the Board of Commissioners of the
Company to appoint a Public Accounting Firm
to audit the Company's financial statements for
the Fiscal Year 2023 and determine the
remuneration of the Public Accountant and
other appointment reguirements. Based on
such authority, the Board of Commissioners
hereby appoints:
