Sirkuler Sebagai Pengganti Rapat Direksi dan Rapat Dewan
Komisaris PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi tertanggal 20 November
2023, yang mana Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris PT. Soho
Industri Pharmasi telah menyetujui penetapan dan pembagian
dividen interim untuk tahun buku 2023, kepada masing-masing
pemegang saham PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi (termasuk
Perseroan) dan untuk seluruh seri saham (saham seri A dan
seri B) dengan total sebesar Rp 55.000.000.000,- (lima puluh
lima miliar Rupiah) atau Rp 200.000.000,- (dua ratus juta
Rupiah) per lembar saham.

- Keterangan
Penerimaan dividen interim ini berdasarkan Keputusan
Sirkuler Sebagai Pengganti Rapat Direksi dan Rapat Dewan
Komisaris PT. Parit Padang Global tertanggal 20 November
2023, yang mana Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris PT. Parit
Padang Global telah menyetujui penetapan dan pembagian
dividen interim untuk tahun buku 2023, kepada masing-masing
pemegang saham PT. Parit Padang Global (termasuk
Perseroan) untuk seluruh seri saham (saham seri A dan seri
B) dengan total Rp 192.266.000.000,- (seratus sembilan puluh
dua miliar dua ratus enam puluh enam juta Rupiah) atau Rp
251.000,- (dua ratus lima puluh satu ribu Rupiah) per lembar
saham.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Pendapatan berupa dividen interim dari anak perusahaan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Perseroan, yakni PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi dan PT. Parit
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Padang Global sebagaimana disebutkan di atas, tidak
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau berdampak material, baik terhadap kegiatan operasional,
Perusahaan Publik hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha
Perseroan.

2023, wherein the Board of Directors and Board of
Commissioners of PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi have approved
the determination and distribution of interim dividends for the
financial year 2023, to each shareholder of PT. Soho Industri
Pharmasi (including the Company) and for all series of shares
(series A and series B) with a total of IDR 55,000,000,000 (fifty
five billion Rupiah) or IDR 200,000,000 (two hundred million
Rupiah) per share.

Commissioners of PT. Parit Padang Global have approved the
determination and distribution of interim dividends for the
financial year 2023, to each shareholder of PT. Parit Padang
Global (including the Company) and for all series of shares
(series A and series B) with a total of IDR 192,266,000,000
(one hundred ninety-two billion two hundred and sixty-six
