suatu transaksi tertentu dan: (a) bukan merupakan anggota direksi, anggota dewan komisaris,
pemegang saham utama, dan pengendali; atau (b) bukan merupakan Afiliasi dari anggota direksi,
anggota dewan komisaris, pemegang saham utama, dan pengendali.
