Siloam Sustained its Growth in FY 2025 by Focusing on Archetype
Differentiation
Financial and Operational Highlights:
• Year on Year (YoY) : Net Revenue, EBITDA, and Net Profit reached Rp 9.95tn (+5.2%),
Rp 2.90tn (+18.3%), and Rp 1.16tn (+22.5%), respectively.
• Patient volumes : Patient volumes remained healthy, supported by the deliberate
transition toward a new operating archetype. Inpatient Admissions reached 317,900
(-2.5%), Inpatient Days 1,010,570 (+0.3%), and Outpatient Visits 4,350,035 (+2.5%).

Tangerang, 30 March 2026 – PT Siloam International Hospitals Tbk ("Siloam"), a leading
network of private hospitals across Indonesia, announced its financial and operational results
for the full year 2025 (FY2025).
Siloam marked FY2025 as a pivotal year, advancing toward a more focused operating
archetype. This enables better alignment of our clinical capabilities, capital, and operational
resources to support sustainable and scalable growth across our hospital network, in line with
our commitment to delivering accessible, high-quality healthcare across Indonesia. A series of
leadership summits, network-wide programs, and technology advancements further
strengthened execution and reinforced profitability focus across hospital units.
As a result of these deliberate actions, Siloam recorded 5.2% YoY Net Revenue growth, 18.3%
EBITDA growth, and 22.5% Net Profit growth, despite the transitional nature of the year and
external factors affecting performance.

Siloam recorded stable operational performance for the year despite various external factors
during the period, with 317,900 inpatient admissions, 1.01mn inpatient days, and 4.35mn
outpatient visits, supported by 4,310 operational beds at a 64.2% occupancy rate.

Key Achievements and Strategic Initiatives
Siloam continues to enhance through its five-year Next Gen Siloam strategy that includes the
concept of hospital of the future whereby it enables Siloam as an AI-enabled, data-driven and
patient-centric healthcare ecosystems with aim to deliver operational excellence, world-class
clinical outcomes and sustainable growth.
As part of this advancement, MRCCC (Mochtar Riady Comprehensive Cancer Center) has
launched the first integrated CT-LINAC Southeast Asia, marking a significant advancement in
radiotherapy capabilities. As the hospital’s third LINAC (linear accelerator), it integrates CT
imaging with treatment delivery in a single workflow, supported by AI-assisted planning. This
allows real-time adaptation to the patient’s condition, improving precision, reducing treatment
time, and minimizing exposure to healthy tissue.
Siloam opened Siloam Hospitals Surabaya’s new building, with building size that is twice that
of the original building. The hospital is supported by more than 200 specialists and equipped
with state-of-the-art technology, including the establishment of a Mochtar Riady Center for
Advanced Care (MRCAC), further strengthening advanced care offerings for the East Java
community.
As part of our sustainability commitment, the Company has achieved the EcoVadis Silver
Medal 2025, placing Siloam among the top 15% of companies globally and the top 3% within
the human health activities sector. This reflects consistent year-on-year improvement, driven
by stronger policies, enhanced certifications, and the continued integration of sustainable
business practices.
