- Based on the Minutes of the Extraordinary General Meeting of
Shareholders of the Company on January 30, 2026 ("Meeting"),
among others, have agreed to:
appointed Mr. Moon Sungwon as Director of the Company as of
the closing of the Meeting, which will be effective after obtaining
approval from the OJK for the fit and proper test and has fulfilled
all provisions of the laws and regulations in force in the Republic
of Indonesia as outlined in a Board of Directors Decree,
- That the Financial Services Authority has given approval for the fit
and proper test of Mr.Moon Sungwon based on:

Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority No. KEPR-
14/D.03/2026 dated February 26, 2026 concerning the Results of
the Fit and Proper Test of Mr. Moon Sungwon as Risk Director
of PT Bank Woori Saudara Indonesia 1906 Tbk,
