Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada sembilan bulan tahun 2023, SSIA membukukan
pendapatan konsolidasi sebesar Rp3.020,4 miliar. Pendapatan
tersebut meningkat sekitar 22,3% dari Rp2.469,0 miliar yang
dibukukan pada 9M22. Peningkatan ini terutama disebabkan
oleh kinerja yang kuat dan berkelanjutan dalam pendapatan
sektor perhotelan, yang meningkat sebesar 76,7% (Rp289,4
miliar). Pendapatan dalam segmen bisnis properti dan
konstruksi SSIA masing-masing meningkat sekitar 13,0%
(Rp47,6 miliar dan Rp229,4 miliar).

Type of Material Information or Facts Strong Hospitality Performance Continued
Description of Material Information or SSIA for the nine months of 2023 posted a consolidated
Facts revenue of Rp3,020.4 billion. The revenue increased by about
22.3% from Rp2,469.0 billion booked in 9M22. This increase
was driven primarily by a sustained and robust performance in
the hospitality revenue, which increased by 76.7% (Rp289.4
billion). Revenue in the SSIA property and construction
business segments increased each by around 13.0% (Rp47.6
billion and Rp229.4 billion, respectively).
