Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, berdasarkan
ketentuan II1.3.6 Peraturan I-E, maka Perseroan
telah memenuhi kewajiban Public Expose Tahunan.

Regulation Number I-E concerning Information
Submission Obligation dated December 12, 2025
(“Regulation I-E”), specifically provision number
INI.3 regarding Public Expose Obligations, the
Company hereby submits the Company's annual
Public Expose materials together with the
submission of the Company's audited Consolidated
Financial Statements'as of and for the year ended on
December 31, 2025. In connection therewith, in
accordance with provision 1II.3.6 of Regulation I-E,
the Company has fulfilled its Annual Public Expose
obligation
