PRESS RELEASE
Nomor: HM.01.02/17/3/2/KGC/SPR/JAI-26
IPCM RECORDS IDR 196.44 BILLION PROFIT, STRENGTHENS POSITION IN PORT SERVICES
INDUSTRY
Jakarta, March 17, 2026 – PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk (IDX: IPCM), part of the Pelindo Group,
recorded strong financial performance throughout fiscal year 2025. Based on the audited financial
statements certified by Public Accounting Firm Purwanto, Susanti and Surja (member firm of Ernst &
Young Global Limited), IPCM posted revenue growth of 9.65% in 2025, reaching IDR 1.47 trillion,
compared to IDR 1.34 trillion in the previous year.
Aligned with this revenue growth, the Company successfully recorded a 17.74% increase in net profit,
reaching IDR 196.44 billion, compared to IDR 166.84 billion in the previous year. This improvement
demonstrates that the Company’s strategic plan for business expansion and strengthening of its
business model has progressed as intended, delivering enhanced production performance through
improved pilotage and towage services. Furthermore, the Company’s policies on operational efficiency
and cost management also contributed positively to overall performance.
Throughout 2025, the largest revenue contribution came from towage services, amounting to IDR 1.32
trillion or 89.51% of total revenue. Pilotage services contributed IDR 105.07 billion or 7.12%, while the
remainder came from transport and other services totaling IDR 49.67 billion or 3.37%.
From a financial position standpoint, IPCM continued to demonstrate strong fundamentals by
recording a 3.91% increase in total assets, reaching IDR 1.71 trillion, and a 5.48% increase in total
equity, reaching IDR 1.36 trillion at the end of 2025. This provides a solid foundation for future business
expansion and strengthening of operational services.
IPCM President Director Shanti Puruhita stated that these achievements are the result of the
Company’s continued efforts to enhance maritime service quality, improve operational efficiency, and
expand strategic collaborations within the national port services sector. " The growth of IPCM’s
performance in 2025 reflects the resilience of our business model and our commitment to delivering
reliable and competitive maritime services. Moving forward, IPCM will continue to strengthen synergies
within the Pelindo Group ecosystem and develop new business opportunities to create sustainable
value for shareholders and stakeholders,” Shanti said.
As a port services company focused on pilotage, towage, mooring, and other maritime services, IPCM
remains optimistic about the growth prospects of the national maritime industry, which continues to
expand alongside increasing trade and logistics activities in Indonesia.
This optimism is supported by the Company’s strengthened strategic partnerships in 2025 with PT
Pelabuhan Bukit Prima (PBP) and PT Nusantara Regas, through the renewal of cooperation
agreements for towage services at the PBP Terminal for Personal Use (TUKS) owned by PT Bukit
Asam Tbk, as well as pilotage and towage services at the Special Terminal (Tersus) Floating Storage

and Regasification Unit (FSRU) of PT Nusantara Regas. These partnerships demonstrate sustained
trust from industry partners in IPCM’s maritime services to support industrial port operations.
IPCM expresses its appreciation to all customers, business partners, and shareholders for their
continuous support and trust in developing strategic collaborations. This constructive support and
feedback serve as motivation for IPCM to keep enhancing service quality and creating sustainable
added value.
Amid dynamic and challenging global geopolitical conditions, IPCM will continue to drive performance
improvements through fleet optimization, strengthening services in strategic regions, and developing
service innovations to support smooth national logistics flows and deliver sustainable value for
investors.
With these initiatives, combined with IPCM’s solid financial performance, operational achievements,
and commitment to sustainability, the Company reinforces its role as an integrity-driven, competitive
port services provider that contributes meaningfully to the national maritime industry.
