In accordance with the resolution of the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on March 12, 2026
(AGM 2026), the Company will conduct a buyback of the Company s issued shares listed on the Indonesia Stock
Exchange (Buyback) starting from the approval of the Buyback plan by the 2026 AGM until 12 (twelve) months from
the approval of the Buyback plan by the 2026 AGM. Therefore, the actual number of shares eligible for cash
dividends may be lower in accordance with the accumulated Buyback volume up to the record date for the cash
dividend distribution.
