PT Iforte Solusi Infotek (“Iforte”) yang merupakan anak perusahaan Protelindo yang 99,994 sahamnya dimiliki Protelindo:/ PT Iforte Solusi Infotek (“Iforte”) is a subsidiary of Protelindo whose 99.994 shares owned by Protelindo: 4. PT BIT Teknologi Nusantara (“BIT”) yang secara tidak langsung merupakan anak perusahaan Protelindo yang 1004 sahamnya dimiliki secara tidak langsung oleh Protelindo melalui PT Komet Infra Nusantara dan Iforte:/ PT BIT Teknologi Nusantara (“BIT”) which is indirectly a subsidiary of Protelindo whose 1004 shares are indirectly owned by Protelindo through PT Komet Infra Nusantara and Iforte: danfand 5. PT Bank HSBC Indonesia (“HSBC”) yang merupakan lembaga perbankan / PT Bank HSBC Indonesia (“HSBC”) as a banking institution. 3. | Jenis Transaksi atau Fakta Material 1 Type of Material Information or Facts Pada tanggal 14 September 2023, HSBC sebagai pemberi pinjaman dan Perseroan, Protelindo, Iforte dan BIT sebagai para peminjam telah menandatangani perjanjian Perubahan Pertama atas Perjanjian Fasilitas Korporasi yang sebelumnya ditandatangani pada tanggal 23 Oktober 2018 (“Perjanjian Perubahan”) / on September 14, 2023, HSBC as the lender and the Company, Protelindo, Iforte and BIT as the borrowers have signed the First Amendment of Corporate Facility Agreement which was signed previously on 23 October 2018 (“Amendment Agreement'). 4. | Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material / Description of Material Information or Facts Perjanjian Perubahan terkait dengan penambahan fasilitas baru dalam bentuk Trade Working Capital — Buyer Loan dalam Perjanjian Pemberian Fasilitas Perbankan Korporasi dengan detail sebagai berikut: / Amendment Agreement related to addition of new facility in the form of Trade Working Capital - Buyer Loan under Corporate Facility Agreement with the following details: - Komitmen / Commitment: Rp850.000.000.000, dengan sub-limit fasilitas sebesar USD55.000.000 / /DR850,000,000,000 with sub limits under the facility amounting USD55,000,000. - Tujuan pinjaman / Purpose of loan: Pembiayaan pengadaan barang modal yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan usaha inti Para Peminjam dengan Pembauatan Kemudian (Open Account) / To finance procurement of capital goods 24 Hours Helpdesk 0 — 800 - 140 — 1380 (Toll Free) www.stptower.com

Penandatanganan Perjanjian Perubahan di atas bukan merupakan transaksi benturan kepentingan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Peraturan OJK No. 42 Tahun 2020 tentang Transaksi Afiliasi dan Transaksi Benturan Kepentingan (“POJK 42”)/ The execution of the Amendment Agreement is not a conflict-of-interest transaction of the Company as referred to OJK Regulation No. 42 of 2022 regarding the Affiliated Transaction and Conflict of Interest Transaction (“OJK Rule 42”). 2. Perjanjian Perubahan tersebut di atas bukan merupakan transaksi material sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Peraturan OJK No.17/POJK.04/2020 tentang Transaksi Material dan Perubahan Kegiatan Usaha / The Amendment Agreement is not a material iransaction as referred to the OJK Regulation No. 17/POJK.04/2020 on Material Transactions and Change of Business Activities.
