(“31/POJK.04/2015”) concerning Disclosure of

the Development and Strengthening of Issuers and
Public Companies, on 23 January 2026 the
Company submitted an information disclosure to the

to the Company’s Articles of Association and the
Change of the Company’s Name & Address
