Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 10 Agustus 2023, Golden Energy and
Resources Limited (GEAR) selaku Pemegang Saham
Pengendali Perseroan telah mendistribusikan sebanyak
2.848.721.125 sahamnya dalam Perseroan kepada PT Dian
Swastatika Sentosa Tbk (DSSA). Melalui transaksi tersebut,
terjadi perubahan pengendalian langsung terhadap Perseroan
dimana DSS memiliki 48,43% saham Perseroan secara
langsung.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta - meningkatkan efisiensi atas pengelolaan dan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan pengembangan usaha Perseroan dengan berinduk pada
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, perusahaan di Indonesia;
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau - Perubahan pengendalian langsung terhadap
Perusahaan Publik Perseroan;

distributed 2,848,721,125 of its shares in the Company to PT
Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk (DSSA). Through this
transaction, there is a change in direct controlling of the
Company in which DSS directly owns 48.43% of the
Company's shares.
