3 Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 10 Agustus 2023, Golden Energy
and Resources Limited (“GEAR”) selaku
Pemegang Saham Pengendali Perseroan telah
mendistribusikan sebanyak 2.848.721.125
sahamnya dalam Perseroan kepada PT Dian
Swastatika Sentosa Tbk (“DSSA”). Melalui
transaksi tersebut, terjadi perubahan
pengendalian langsung terhadap Perseroan
dimana DSSA memiliki 48,43% saham
Perseroan secara langsung.

Description of material information or On 10 August 2023, GEAR as the Controlling
facts Shareholder of the Company distributed
2,848,721,125 of its shares in the Company to
DSSA. Through this transaction, there is a
change in direct controlling of the Company in
which DSSA directly owns 48.43% of the
Company's shares.
