Siloam Concludes FY2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
Continuing Sustainable Growth through Archetype Differentiation
Tangerang, 12 May 2026
PT Siloam International Hospitals Tbk ("Siloam") has successfully concluded its Annual
General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for the fiscal year of 2025, receiving full support
from the shareholders on all agenda items. During the meeting, Siloam also proudly presented
its FY2025 performance, which serves as the pivotal baseline for the Company's archetype
strategy going forward.
Siloam continues to strengthen its commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality, and
innovative healthcare services across Indonesia. This commitment is reflected through the
implementation of the Next Gen Siloam ("NGS") strategic initiative, a comprehensive
transformation designed to enhance Siloam's capabilities and support sustainable long-term
growth. As a pioneer in delivering world-class healthcare services domestically, Siloam
continues to reduce the need for Indonesians to seek medical treatment abroad through
ongoing investments in clinical excellence, advanced medical procedures, and the latest
healthcare technologies and equipment.
FY2025 marked a pivotal year for Siloam as the Company advanced toward a more focused
operating archetype, enabling stronger alignment of clinical capabilities, capital allocation, and
operational resources across its hospital network. Whereby our Premium Network focus on
strengthening clinical excellence through collaborations with leading global hospitals,
enhanced patient experience, and continued investment in advanced medical technologies,
while our Value Network focused on operational excellence, accessibility, and broader
healthcare reach for communities across Indonesia.
As a result of these strategic initiatives, Siloam delivered FY2025 Total Revenue of IDR 12.8
trillion (+5.2% YoY), EBITDA of IDR 2.8 trillion (+18.3% YoY), and Net Profit of IDR 1.1 trillion
(+22.5% YoY), despite the transitional nature of the year and ongoing external headwinds
impacting performance.
As part of its continued expansion and commitment to advancing healthcare services, Siloam
successfully commenced operations of Siloam Hospitals Surabaya, Mochtar Riady Center for
Advanced Care (MRCAC), further strengthening the availability of advanced healthcare
services for the East Java community. Siloam also soft-launched the expansion of Siloam
Hospitals Makassar, alongside the introduction of various advanced medical technologies,
including Southeast Asia’s first integrated CT-LINAC system, to further enhance its precision
oncology capabilities.
The AGMS also decided not to distribute dividends for the 2025 fiscal year; therefore, the
entire net profit for 2025 will be recorded as the Company’s retained earnings.
