Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Berdasarkan Surat Otoritas Jasa Kuangan Nomor: S-199/D.
04/2023 tanggal 31 Juli 2023, Perseroan sudah dapat
melakukan Penawaran awal (bookbuilding) dan menerbitkan
Propektus Ringkasan dalam rangka Penawaran Umum
Obligasi Berwawasan Lingkungan (Green Bond) I PT Arkora
Hydro Tbk dengan jumlah pokok sebesar Rp339.
895.000.000,00 ((tiga ratus tiga puluh sembilan miliar delapan
ratus sembilan puluh lima juta Rupiah) terdiri dari:
A. Green Bond Seri A dengan tingkat bunga tetap,
dengan nilai pokok sebesar Rp318.060.000.000,00 (tiga ratus
delapan belas miliar enam puluh juta Rupiah) berjangka waktu
3 (tiga) tahun terhitung sejak Tanggal Emisi; dan
B. (b) Green Bond Seri B dengan tingkat bunga tetap,
dengan nilai pokok sebesar Rp21.835.000.000,00 (dua puluh
satu miliar delapan ratus tiga puluh lima juta Rupiah)
berjangka waktu 5 (lima) tahun terhitung sejak Tanggal Emisi.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dana hasil penerbitan obligasi setelah dikurangi biaya-biaya
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan emisi, digunakan seluruhnya akan digunakan Perseroan untuk
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, pembiayaan maupun pembiayaan kembali proyek-proyek
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau dalam
Perusahaan Publik kategori Kegiatan Usaha Berwawasan Lingkungan (KUBL),
yaitu proyek-proyek yang berkaitan dengan energi terbarukan,
efisiensi
energi, dengan memperhatikan Peraturan OJK No.
60/POJK.04/2017 tentang Penerbitan dan Persyaratan Efek
Bersifat Utang Berwawasan Lingkungan (Green Bond)

Description of Material Information or Based on Otoritas Jasa Keuangan letter No. S-199/D.04/2023
Facts dated July 23rd, 2023, the Company has been able to conduct
an lnitial Offer (book building) and issue a Abridge Prospectus
in the framework of the Public Offering of PT Arkora Hydro Tbk
Year 2023 Green Bond I with the target of the funds collected
at this stage is a maximum of Rp339.895.000.000,00 (three
hundred thirty nine billion eight hundred ninety five million
Rupiah) consist of:
A. Green Bond Series A with a fixed interest rate, with a
principal amount of Rp318,060,000,000.00 (three hundred
eighteen billion sixty million Rupiah) with a term of 3 (three)
years commencing from the Issue Date; and
B. Green Bond Series B with a fixed interest rate, with a
principal amount of Rp21,835,000,000.00 (twenty one billion
eight hundred thirty five million Rupiah) with a term of 5 (five)
years commencing from the Issue Date; and

The proceeds from the bond issuance atter deducting
emission costs will be entirely used by the Company to finance
and refinance
projects in the Environmental Based Business Activities,
hereinafter abbreviated as KUBL (Kegiatan Usaha
Berwawasan Lingkungan) categoty, namely projects related to
renewable energy and energy efficiency with due observance
of OJK Regulation No. 60/POJK.04/2017 conceming lssuance
and Requirements for Green Bonds
