Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material PT Pantai Indah Kapuk Dua Tbk (PANI) telah melaporkan
kinerja keuangan triwulan kedua 2023 dengan Penyajian
laporan keuangan yang telah diaudit oleh Kantor Akuntan
Publik Johan Malonda Mustika & Rekan dengan membukukan
pendapatan sebesar IDR 1,24 Triliun naik 25,5 kali lipat dari
tahun sebelumnya dikarenakan penjualan properti yang
sekarang menjadi lini bisnis utama dari PANI. Sejak tahun
2022, PANI sudah transformasi menjadi pengembang properti
yang fokus di Pantai Indah Kapuk 2, tepat terletak di Bagian
utaranya Jakarta dan orientasi segmen pasar yang penuh
peluang digarap adalah pasar menengah dan menengah ke
atas. Produk-produk unggulan PANI antara lain Manhattan
Residence, Permata Hijau Residence, Rumah Milenial, Ruko
Milenial, The Bund, Pasadena Workshop-Office, Bizpark PIK2
dan Ruko Little Siam. Alhasil, PANI mengantong Laba Bersih
sebesar IDR 560 Miliar hanya dalam kurun waktu 6 bulan
pertama 2023.

Description of Material Information or PT Pantai Indah Kapuk Dua Tbk (PANI) has reported its
Facts financial performance for the second quarter of 2023 with the
presentation of financial statements that have been audited by
the Public Accounting Firm Johan Malonda Mustika & Partner
by recording revenue of IDR 1.24 trillion, an increase of 25.5
times from the previous year due to property sales which are
now the main business line of PANI. Since 2022, PANI has
transformed into a property developer that focuses on Pantai
Indah Kapuk 2, located right in the northern part of Jakarta and
market segment orientating into middle and upper middle
markets that ample of opportunities to work on. PANI's
superior products include Manhattan Residence, Permata
Hijau Residence, Millennial House, Millennial Shophouse, The
Bund, Pasadena Workshop-Office, Bizpark PIK2 and Little
Siam Shophouse. As a result, PANI pocketed a Net Profit of
IDR 560 Billion in just the first 6 months of 2023.
