menandatangani Akta Perjanjian Kredit Sindikasi No. WCO.
KP/1119/TLN/2023 nomor 208 tanggal 31 Juli 2023 di
hadapan Notaris Hannywati Gunawan, S.H., Notaris di
Jakarta, dengan informasi sebagai berikut :
a. Jenis Fasilitas : Term Loan, yang terdiri dari 2
tranches :
- Tranche A - Term Loan;
- Tranche B - Term Loan Revolving.
b. Limit Pinjaman :
- Tranche A - Term Loan maksimal USD 50.000.000;
- Tranche B - Term Loan Revolving maksimal USD
110.000.000;
- Fasilitas Accordion maksimal USD 20.000.000.
c. Jangka Waktu : 5 tahun
d. Tujuan Fasilitas :
General Corporate Purposes, termasuk namun tidak terbatas
pada:
- Refinancing atas Fasilitas Existing di Bank Mandiri;
- Pembiayaan capital expenditure;
- Pembiayaan operating expenditure;
- Pembiayaan biaya yang timbul atas Perjanjian Kredit

- Pembiayaan modal kerja operasional perusahaan.

KP/1119/TLN/2023 number 208 dated 31 July 2023 made
before Notary Hannywati Gunawan, S.H., Notary in Jakarta,
with the following information:
a. Type of Facility : Term Loan, which consists of 2
tranches :
- Tranche A - Term Loan;
- Tranche B - Term Loan Revolving.
b. Limit of the Facility :
- Tranche A - Term Loan maximum of USD
50,000,000;
- Tranche B - Term Loan Revolving maximum of USD
110,000,000;
- Maximum Accordion facility of USD 20,000,000;
c. Term of period : 5 years
d. Facility Purpose : General Corporate Purposes,
including but not limited to :
- Refinancing to the existing facility in Bank Mandiri;
