consists of 2 tranches :
1) Tranche A - Term Loan;
2) Tranche B - Term Loan Revolving.
b. Limit of the Facility :
1) Tranche A - Term Loan maximum of
USD 50,000,000;
2) Tranche B - Term Loan Revolving
