Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Republik Indonesia Nomor
17/POJK.04/2020 tentang Transaksi Material dan
Perubahan Kegiatan Usaha sehubungan dengan
pengurangan kegiatan usaha, yakni penutupan
kegiatan industry pemintalan benang PT. Century
Textile Industry Tbk disingkat PT. Centex Tbk
(“Perseroan”), yang diputuskan — berdasarkan
Keputusan Sirkuler Direksi Perseroan tertanggal
31 Juli 2023, bersama ini kami sampaikan keterbukaan
informasi beserta dokumen pendukungnya sebagai

In order to comply with Article 25 paragraph (2) of
the Regulation of the Financial Services Authority of
the Republic of Indonesia Number 17/POJK.04/2020
concerning Material Transactions and Changes of
Business Activities, namely the closure of yarn
spinning industry activity of PT. Century Textile
Industry Tbk abbreviated PT. Centex Tbk (the
“Company ”), which was resolved by virtue of the
Circular Resolutions of the Company's Board of
Directors, dated 31 July 2023, we hereby submit the
disclosure of information and supporting documents
as follows:

Pengurangan Kegiatan Usaha (“Keterbukaan
