3       The Description:               The Company's loan provision to its subsidiary of PT Pelita Samudera
                                       Sreeya (“PSS”) with a maximum loan amount of IDR 100,000,000,000
                                       (one hundred billion Rupiah), with 8.48% interest, and a loan tenor of
                                       4 years.

                                       This loan transaction is not a material transaction as referred to in the
                                       Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 17/POJK.04/2020
                                       concerning Material Transactions and Changes in Business Activities,
                                       but is an affiliated transaction that is excluded as referred in POJK 42,
                                       Article 8 paragraph 1, where a Public Company is not obligated to
                                       comply with the provisions referred to in article 4 paragraph 1, if
                                       carrying out affiliated transactions which are business activities
                                       carried out in the framework of generating business income and
                                       carried out routinely, repeatedly and/or continuously. In addition, the
                                       transaction does not contain an element of conflict of interest.

                                       The emergence of affiliated transactions is because in the
                                       composition of the Company's management,t there is Mr. Harry Tjhen
                                       as the Director of the Company who also serves as a Commissioner
                                       at PSS.
