September 2026 dikirim oleh Pengadilan Niaga pada
Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat dan telah diterima pada
tanggal 13 September 2026 oleh PT Adhi Commuter Properti
Tbk selaku Termohon PKPU. Diinformasikan bahwa
Perseroan saat ini sedang diajukan Permohonan Penundaan
Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang (PKPU) oleh PT Burda
Contraco melalui Kuasa Hukumnya Ivo Antoni Ginting, S.H.
yang terdaftar dengan Register Perkara Nomor. 273/Pdt.Sus-
PKPU/2026/PN.Niaga.Jak.Pst
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Bahwa atas adanya Permohonan PKPU tersebut, berdasarkan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan kondisi dan informasi yang tersedia saat ini, tidak terdapat
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, dampak yang signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan dan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau kegiatan operasional Perseroan, maupun terhadap
Perusahaan Publik pemenuhan kewajiban Perseroan kepada Pemegang Obligasi,
Pemegang Sukuk, dan kreditur/fasilitas pembiayaan lainnya.
Dengan demikian, Perseroan tetap dapat menjalankan
kegiatan usaha dan operasionalnya sebagaimana biasa.
Meskipun demikian, Perseroan tetap menyikapi proses hukum
tersebut dengan penuh kehati-hatian dan tanggung jawab,
dengan senantiasa melakukan pemantauan dan evaluasi
terhadap setiap perkembangan proses PKPU serta potensi
dampaknya terhadap Perseroan dan para pemangku
kepentingan.

Type of Material Information or Facts Application for a Moratorium on Debt Repayment Obligations
Description of Material Information or That, pursuant to the summons (Relaas) No.
Facts 5571/PN.01.W10. U1/HK2.4/9/2026 dated 9 September 2026,
sent by the Commercial Court at the Central Jakarta District
Court and received on 13 September 2026 by PT Adhi
Commuter Properti Tbk as the Respondent in the PKPU
proceedings. It is hereby notified that a Petition for the
Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU) has been
filed against the Company by PT Burda Contraco through its
Legal Representative, Ivo Antoni Ginting, S.H., registered
under Case Number 273/Pdt.Sus-
Impact of event, material information or That, following the filing of the PKPU application, based on the
facts towards Issuers or Public current circumstances and available information, there is no
Company’s operational activities, legal, significant impact on the Companys financial performance and
financial condition, or going concern operational activities, nor on the fulfilment of the Companys
obligations to Bondholders, Sukuk Holders and creditors/other
financing facilities. Consequently, the Company remains able
to carry out its business and operational activities as usual.
Nevertheless, the Company continues to approach this legal
process with the utmost caution and responsibility, whilst
continuously monitoring and evaluating every development in
the PKPU proceedings and their potential impact on the
Company and its stakeholders.
