                             ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING
                THE WITHDRAWAL OF SHARES RESULTING FROM SHARE BUY-BACK

The Board of Directors of the Company hereby announces that, based on the Extraordinary General
Meeting of Shareholders held on 11 September 2026, in connection with the withdrawal of shares
resulting from the buy-back ("Withdrawal of Treasury Shares"), the shareholders of the Company
have approved the plan to withdraw 20,700,600 treasury shares, thereby amending Article 4
paragraph (2) of the Company's Articles of Association.

This Withdrawal of Treasury Shares is carried out in order to comply with the provisions set out in
Financial Services Authority ("OJK") Regulation No. 30/POJK.04/2017 concerning the Buy-Back of
Shares Issued by Public Companies (which has been revoked and replaced by OJK Regulation No. 29
of 2023 concerning the Buy-Back of Shares Issued by Public Companies).

Should any creditor of the Company have any objection to the Company's planned Withdrawal of
Treasury Shares, such creditor may submit such objection in writing, together with the reasons
therefor, within a period of 60 (sixty) days as of the date of this announcement, to the Company at
the following address:

with a copy to the Minister of Law, as stipulated under Article 45 paragraph (1) of Law No. 40 of 2007
concerning Limited Liability Companies as partially amended by Law No. 6 of 2023 concerning the
Stipulation of Government Regulation in Lieu of Law No. 2 of 2022 concerning Job Creation into Law
("Company Law").

This notice is made in order to comply with the provisions of Article 44 of the Company Law.
