tanggal 18 September 2026 tentang Persetujuan Perubahan
Anggaran Dasar PT Maskapai Reasuransi Indonesia Tbk.
Adapun perubahan Anggaran Dasar terdiri dari:
- Penyesuaian ketentuan Pasal 3 yang disesuaikan dengan
Peraturan Badan Pusat Statistik Nomor 7 Tahun 2025 tentang
Klasifikasi Baku Lapangan Usaha Indonesia.
- Perubahan Pasal 2, Pasal 4, Pasal 5, Pasal 10, Pasal 11,
Pasal 13, Pasal 16, Pasal 18, Pasal 19, dan Pasal 21
Anggaran Dasar Perseroan, serta melakukan penyesuaian
kembali pasal-pasal dalam Anggaran Dasar Perseroan
dengan memperhatikan ketentuan dalam peraturan
perundang-undangan yang berlaku, khususnya peraturan
Pasar Modal.
Matrix perubahan pasal Anggaran Dasar sebagaimana
terlampir.

Description of Material Information or In accordance with the Resolution of the Extraordinary General
Facts Meeting of Shareholders dated August 14, 2026, as drawn up
in Deed No. 37 made before Mala Mukti, S.H., LL.M., Notary,
and has received approval from the Minister of Law of the
Republic of Indonesia Number AHU-
0095374.AH.01.02.TAHUN 2026 dated September 18, 2026
regarding the Approval of Amendments to the Articles of
Association of PT Maskapai Reasuransi Indonesia Tbk.
The amendments to the Articles of Association consist of:
- Adjustment of the provisions of Article 3 to align with the
Regulation of the Central Statistics Agency Number 7 of 2025
concerning the Indonesia Standard Industrial Classification
(Klasifikasi Baku Lapangan Usaha Indonesia).
- Amendment of Article 2, Article 4, Article 5, Article 10, Article
11, Article 13, Article 16, Article 18, Article 19, and Article 21 of
the Company's Articles of Association, as well as readjusting
the articles in the Company's Articles of Association taking into
account the provisions of prevailing laws and regulations,
particularly Capital Market regulations.
The matrix of amendments to the Articles of Association is
attached.
