Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 30 September 2026, Perseroan melaksanakan
Akta Pemisahan Segmen Usaha Wholesale Fiber Connectivity
dari Perseroan ke TIF (Pemisahan), sebagaimana disetujui
oleh Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa Telkom pada
tanggal 30 September 2026.
Peningkatan modal TIF yang dihasilkan dari Pemisahan
tersebut diharapkan akan berlaku efektif pada tanggal 1
Oktober 2026, setelah selesainya proses perolehan
persetujuan dan penyampaian pemberitahuan perubahan
anggaran dasar TIF kepada Kementerian Hukum Republik
Indonesia.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Setelah berlaku efektifnya peningkatan modal TIF sebagai
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan dampak Pemisahan, kepemilikan saham TIF yang dimiliki
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Perseroan akan meningkat dari 99,9999997% (sembilan puluh
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau sembilan koma sembilan sembilan sembilan sembilan
Perusahaan Publik sembilan sembilan tujuh persen) menjadi 99,9999999%
(sembilan puluh sembilan koma sembilan sembilan sembilan
sembilan sembilan sembilan sembilan persen) dan penurunan
kepemilikan saham PT Multimedia Nusantara di TIF yang
sebelumnya 0,0000003% (nol koma nol nol nol nol nol nol tiga
persen) menjadi 0,0000001% (nol koma nol nol nol nol nol nol
satu persen) sebagai dampak Pemisahan.

Description of Material Information or On September 30, 2026, the Company has executed the Deed
Facts of Spin-off of the Wholesale Fiber Connectivity Business
Segment from the Company to TIF (the Spin off), as approved
by Telkom Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on
September 30, 2026.
The capital increase in TIF as a result from the Spin off is
expected to take effect on October 1, 2026, following the
completion of the process of obtaining approval and submitting
notification of the amendment to TIF articles of incorporation to
the Ministry of Law Republic of Indonesia
Impact of event, material information or After the TIF capital increase resulting from the Spin-Off takes
facts towards Issuers or Public effect, Telkom s ownership of TIF shares will increase from
Company’s operational activities, legal, 99.9999997% (ninety-nine point nine nine nine nine nine nine
financial condition, or going concern seven percent) to 99.9999999% (ninety-nine point nine nine
nine nine nine nine nine percent) and a decrease in PT
Multimedia Nusantara s share ownership in TIF from the
previous 0.000003% (zero point zero zero zero zero zero zero
three percent) to 0.0000001% (zero point zero zero zero zero
zero zero one percent) as a result of the Spin-Off.
