3. | Description of Material : In compliance with OJK Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015, the
Information or Fact Company hereby informs that on 1 October 2026, Company received
information that the Commercial Court of the Central Jakarta District
Court had issued and served its decision in case No. 283/Pdt.Sus-
PKPU/2026/PN Niaga JktPst filed by Sena Meaya Ngantung,
Geniati Heneve Ngantoeng, Kamang Solana, and Christie Pricilla
Ngantung against the Company (“Case”).
Under such decision, the Court approved the Petitioners' application
to withdraw the Case against the Company. Accordingly, the Case has
been terminated by virtue of its withdrawal, and the withdrawal has
been officially recorded in the relevant court register.
4. | Impact of events, : The Company believes that the withdrawal of the Case does not give
information or material rise to any material impact on the Company's operations, financial
fact on operational condition, business continuity, or reputation.
