Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Sesuai dengan ketentuan POJK 31/2015, bersama ini kami
sampaikan pada tanggal 1 Oktober 2026 Perseroan menerima
informasi bahwa Pengadilan Niaga pada Pengadilan Negeri
Jakarta Pusat telah menetapkan dan mengirimkan putusannya
dalam perkara register nomor: No. 283/Pdt.Sus-
PKPU/2026/PN Niaga Jkt.Pst antara Sena Meaya Ngantung,
Geniati Heneve Ngantoeng, Kamang Solana, Christie Pricilla
Ngantung dengan Perseroan (Perkara).
Berdasarkan penetapan tersebut, pengadilan mengabulkan
pencabutan Permohonan Perkara yang diajukan oleh Para
Pemohon terhadap Perseroan. Dengan demikian Perkara
tersebut telah dicabut dan pencabutan tersebut dicatat dalam
buku register perkara yang bersangkutan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Perseroan berpendapat bahwa pencabutan Perkara tersebut
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan tidak memiliki dampak material terhadap kegiatan operasional,
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, kondisi keuangan, kelangsungan usaha, dan reputasi
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Perseroan.

Disclosure of Information on the Commercial Court Decision
Type of Material Information or Facts regarding the Revocation of the Case Register Number: No.
283/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2026/PN Niaga Jkt.Pst
Description of Material Information or In compliance with OJK Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015, the
Facts Company hereby informs that on 1 October 2026, Company
received information that the Commercial Court of the Central
Jakarta District Court had issued and served its decision in
case No. 283/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2026/PN Niaga Jkt.Pst filed by
Sena Meaya Ngantung, Geniati Heneve Ngantoeng, Kamang
Solana, and Christie Pricilla Ngantung against the Company
(Case).
Under such decision, the Court approved the Petitioners
application to withdraw the Case against the Company.
Accordingly, the Case has been terminated by virtue of its
withdrawal, and the withdrawal has been officially recorded in
the relevant court register.
Impact of event, material information or The Company believes that the withdrawal of the Case does
facts towards Issuers or Public not give rise to any material impact on the Company's
Company’s operational activities, legal, operations, financial condition, business continuity, or
financial condition, or going concern reputation.
