In order to comply with OJK Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015 dated 16 December 2015 regarding Disclosure of
Information or Material Facts by Issuers or Public Companies (“POJK 31”) and Directors Decree of Indonesia Stock
Exchange No. KEP-00066/BEI/09-2022 regarding the Amendment to the Regulation No. I-E on the Obligation to
Submit Information (“Regulation No. I-E”), we, PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk. (the “Company”) hereby intend to submit

Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material/ : Bahwa, merujuk pada ketentuan III.3.6. Peraturan No. I-E,
Description of Material Information or sebagai bentuk pemenuhan kewajiban Public Expose
Facts tahunan, bersama ini Perseroan menyampaikan materi Public
Expose tahunan dihari yang sama dengan penyampaian
Laporan Keuangan Konsolidasian Auditan per 31 Desember
2025 Perseroan.
Whereas, with refer to the provisions of III.3.6. Regulation No.
I-E, as a form of fulfillment of the annual Public Expose
obligation, the Company hereby submit the material of
annual Public Expose in the same day with the submission of
the Company's Audited Consolidated Financial Statements as
of 31 December 2025.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta : Berkenaan dengan pemenuhan ketentuan III.3.6. Peraturan
material tersebut terhadap Emiten atau No. I-E tersebut, Perseroan tidak menyelenggarakan acara
