Cimory Booked Net Profit Growth of 33,80% to Rp 2.03 Trillion in 2025

Jakarta, February 27th, 2026 – PT Cisarua Mountain Dairy Tbk (“Cimory” or the “Company”)
(IDX: CMRY) recorded a net profit growth for the year of 33.80% to Rp 2.03 trillion in 2025. Net
sales rose by 18.82% to Rp 10.72 trillion compared to the same period last year.

The significant growth in net profit was supported by higher sales contributions from the Dairy and
Consumer Foods segments. The Dairy segment recorded net sales of Rp 4.07 trillion. Meanwhile,
the Consumer Foods segment recorded net sales of Rp 6.65 trillion.
President Director of Cimory, Farell Sutantio said, “Throughout 2025, Cimory delivered
strong performance, supported by product innovation, expansion of distribution channels
and export markets, as well as improved operational efficiency. This performance reflects
the Company’s continued focus on strong sustainable growth, as well as leadership in
product innovation, through the launch of various premium protein-based food and
beverage products for Indonesian consumers,” said Farell in Jakarta (27/02).

The Company’s total assets were recorded at Rp 8.74 trillion compared to Rp 8.19 trillion in 2024.
This was split into current assets of Rp 4.19 trillion and non-current assets of Rp 4.55 trillion.
Meanwhile, total liabilities in 2025 amounted to Rp 1.96 trillion, with current liabilities of Rp 1.88
trillion and non-current liabilities of Rp 74.14 billion. Total equity increased to Rp 6.78 trillion.
In terms of cash flow, the Company managed to increase its net operating cash flow to Rp 1.91
trillion, representing an increase of 10.32% compared to the level recorded in 2024.
The significant increase in cash flow was mainly due to higher cash receipts from customers,
which grew by 17.56% to Rp 10.58 trillion in 2025. With cash and cash equivalents totaling Rp
947.92 billion in 2025, the Company is in a solid financial position to support future business
expansion.
From a social perspective, the Company is committed to creating a positive social impact for
communities in which it operates. The Company places strong emphasis on Environmental,
Social, and Governance (ESG) principles to ensure long-term business sustainability. The
Company’s Sustainability Pillars consist of Environmental Preservation, Inclusive and Sustainable
Business, Product Integrity, and Employee Well-being.
To date, more than 10,000 women have joined the Miss Cimory program across the islands of
Java, Bali, Sumatra, and Sulawesi. Through this program, the Company has created long-term,
sustainable impact and multiplier effect by supporting more than 10,000 children of Miss Cimory
agents to continue their education at the primary, secondary, and tertiary levels. In addition, the
Company partners with more than 18,000 local dairy farmers. This reflects the Company’s
inclusive and sustainable business strategy, which focuses on women’s empowerment and the
strengthening of local economies.

From an environmental perspective, the Company has strengthened its commitment to energy
efficiency and the reduction of carbon emissions through the installation of a Solar Power Plant
(PLTS) at its dairy processing facilities. Through the installation of this solar power system, the
dairy facilities are expected to reduce approximately 210 tonnes of CO₂ per month.
In 2025, the Company was included in the IDX80, Kompas100, IDX ESG Leaders, IDX ESG
Sector Leaders KEHATI, and IDX ESG Quality 45 KEHATI indices. The Company also earned a
number of recognitions, including Indonesia’s Best Managed Companies by Deloitte, Forbes
Asia’s 200 Best Under A Billion list, Fortune Southeast Asia 500, ESG Awards, and the Indonesia
Corporate Sustainability Awards.
