Kelurahan Paledang, Kecamatan Bcgor Tengah, dengan
alas hak Sertifikat Hak Guna Bangunan (“SHGB”)
sebagai berikut:

Lestari (“SAL”) entered into a Conditional Sale and
Purchase Agreement over Land and Building Rights,
pursuant to which the Company intends to purchase a
plot of land with an area of 2056 m? and the Sinar
Matahari Bogor shopping center building with a total area
of 1,659 m2 located in Paledang Sub-district, Bogor
Tengah District, with title Right to Build Certificate
("SHGB") as follows:
