Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material/ Description of the Material Information or Fact, Pada tanggal 18 Februari 2026, Perseroan dan PT Surya Asri Lestari (“SAL”) telah menandatangani Perjanjian Pengikatan Jual Beli Hak Atas Tanah dan Bangunan, dimana Perseroan bermaksud untuk membeli tanah seluas 8.001 m? dan gedung pusat perbelanjaan Maga M Kedung Badak dengan luas 26.657 m?, yang berlokasi di Kelurahan Kedung Badak, Kecamatan Tanah Sersai, dengan alas hak Sertifikat Hak Guna Bangunan (“SHGB”) sebagai berikut: a, SHGB No. 1208, dan b. SHGB No. 1370, yang dimiliki SAL, dengan harga sebesar Rp122.000.000.000 (seratus dua puluh dua miliar Rupiah) di luar Pajak Pertambahan Nilai (“Perjanjian”).
