Dengan senang hati kami umumkan bahwa PTBADRCG6A telah dapat dilaksanakan pada tanggal 11
Februari 2026 dan pemegang waran terstruktur berhak atas Jumlah Penyelesaian Tunai (per
PTBADRCG6A) (jika jumlah tersebut lebih besar dari nol).
Harga Penyelesaian telah ditentukan pada IDR 2.570 sebagai rata-rata harga penutupan Saham PTBA di
Bursa Efek Indonesia untuk lima (5) hari bursa sebelum Tanggal Pelaksanaan.

ANNOUNCEMENT
We are pleased to announce that PTBADRCG6A is exercised on 11 Februari 2026 ("Expiry Date") and
the structured warrant holders shall be entitled to the Cash Settlement Amount (per PTBADRCG6A) (if the
said amount is greater than zero).
The Settlement Price has been determined at IDR 2570 being the closing price of PTBA Shares on
Indonesia Stock Exchange for the five (5) bursa days prior to the Expiry Date.
