PENGUMUMAN
Dengan senang hati kami umumkan bahwa CPINDRCG6A telah dapat dilaksanakan pada tanggal 11
Februari 2026 dan pemegang waran terstruktur berhak atas Jumlah Penyelesaian Tunai (per
CPINDRCG6A) (jika jumlah tersebut lebih besar dari nol).
Harga Penyelesaian telah ditentukan pada IDR 4.488 sebagai rata-rata harga penutupan Saham CPIN di
Bursa Efek Indonesia untuk lima (5) hari bursa sebelum Tanggal Pelaksanaan.

ANNOUNCEMENT
We are pleased to announce that CPINDRCG6A is exercised on 11 Februari 2026 ("Expiry Date") and the
structured warrant holders shall be entitled to the Cash Settlement Amount (per CPINDRCG6A) (if the said
amount is greater than zero).
The Settlement Price has been determined at IDR 4.488 being the closing price of CPIN Shares on
Indonesia Stock Exchange for the five (5) bursa days prior to the Expiry Date.
