KLBFDRCG6A) (jika jumlah tersebut lebih besar dari nol).
Harga Penyelesaian telah ditentukan pada IDR 1.118 sebagai rata-rata harga penutupan Saham KLBF di
Bursa Efek Indonesia untuk lima (5) hari bursa sebelum Tanggal Pelaksanaan.

ANNOUNCEMENT
We are pleased to announce that KLBFDRCG6A is exercised on 11 Februari 2026 ("Expiry Date") and the
structured warrant holders shall be entitled to the Cash Settlement Amount (per KLBFDRCG6A) (if the said
amount is greater than zero).
The Settlement Price has been determined at IDR 1.118 being the closing price of KLBF Shares on
Indonesia Stock Exchange for the five (5) bursa days prior to the Expiry Date.
