Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material 1. Latar Belakang Kejadian
Bahwa berdasarkan surat panggilan sidang (Relaas) Nomor.
4928/PAN.03/W10.U1/HK2.5/8/2028 tertanggal 3 Agustus
2026 dikirim oleh Pengadilan Niaga pada Pengadilan Negeri
Jakarta Pusat dan telah diterima pada tanggal 6 Agustus 2026
oleh PT Adhi Commuter Properti Tbk selaku Termohon PKPU.
Diinformasikan bahwa Perseroan saat ini sedang diajukan
Permohonan Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang oleh
PT Burda Contraco selaku Pemohon PKPU yang terdaftar
dengan Register Perkara Nomor. 237/Pdt.Sus-
PKPU/2026/PN.Niaga.Jak.Pst
2. Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material
A. Pemohon mengajukan permohonan PKPU ke
Pengadilan Niaga pada Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat
dengan Register Perkara Nomor. 237/Pdt.Sus-
PKPU/2026/PN.Niaga.Jak.Pst yang pada prinsipnya
mendalilkan bahwa Perseroan memiliki utang kepada
Pemohon PKPU, dengan penjelasan sebagai berikut:
1) Bahwa Pemohon PKPU adalah PT Burda Contraco,
sebuah perusahaan yang melakukan Pekerjaan Jembatan
Akses Tahap 2 di Proyek Adhi City Sentul dan Pekerjaan Jasa
Pelaksana Rumah Proyek Adhi City Sentul.
2) Bahwa atas pekerjaan tersebut Pemohon PKPU
menyatakan, Termohon PKPU masih mempunyai
utang/kewajiban yang belum diselesaikan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Bahwa atas Permohonan PKPU tersebut, tidak terdapat
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan dampak signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, kegiatan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, operasional Perseroan, Pemegang Obligasi, Sukuk maupun
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau fasilitas kreditur lainnya. Sehingga Perseroan tetap dapat

Description of Material Information or 1. Background of the Case
Facts Pursuant to the summons (Relaas) No. 4928/PAN.03/W10.
U1/HK2.5/8/2028 dated August 3, 2026, sent by the
Commercial Court of the Central Jakarta District Court and
received on August 6, 2026, by PT Adhi Commuter Properti
Tbk as the Respondent in the PKPU proceedings. It is hereby
notified that the Company is currently the subject of a Petition
for Postponement of Debt Payment Obligations filed by PT
Burda Contraco, as the Petitioner in the PKPU proceedings,
registered under Case Register No. 237/Pdt.Sus-
PKPU/2026/PN.Niaga.Jak.Pst
2. Description of Material Information or Facts
A. The Petitioner filed a PKPU petition with the Commercial
Court of the Central Jakarta District Court under Case
Registration No. 237/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2026/PN.Niaga.Jak.Pst,
which essentially alleges that the Company owes a debt to the
PKPU Petitioner, with the following explanation:
1) The PKPU Petitioner is PT Burda Contraco, a
company that carried out Phase 2 of the Access Bridge
Construction at the Adhi City Sentul Project and provided
construction services for the Adhi City Sentul Project housing
development.
2) The PKPU Petitioner asserts that, with respect to the
aforementioned work, the PKPU Respondent still has
outstanding debts or obligations that have not been settled.
Impact of event, material information or The Companys PKPU petition has not had a significant impact
facts towards Issuers or Public on its financial performance, operational activities,
Company’s operational activities, legal, bondholders, sukuk holders, or other creditors. Consequently,
financial condition, or going concern the Company remains able to conduct its business as usual.
