1. Penyebab Perseroan belum mengungkapkan Pemilik Manfaat Tingkat Perorangan / The Reason
   the Company has not yet disclosed the Individual-level Beneficial Owner

  Tanggapan Perseroan / Company’s Response:

  Perseroan memahami adanya kriteria terkait pemilik manfaat sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 1 angka 2
  Peraturan Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor 13 Tahun 2018 (“Perpres 13/2018”). Adapun pemilik
  manfaat yang dimaksud wajib dalam wujud orang perorangan. Namun demikian pada faktanya, tidak
  terdapat orang perorangan maupun individu dalam kapasitas pribadi yang memenuhi kriteria pemilik
  manfaat Perseroan sebagaimana dijabarkan pada Perpres 13/2018. Hal ini dikarenakan Perseroan
  dimiliki oleh entitas badan usaha dan penerima manfaat akhirnya adalah Unilever Plc. Unilever Plc
  sendiri adalah perusahaan publik yang saham-sahamnya tercatat di London Stock Exchange dan New
  York Stock Exchange, dan Unilever Plc. tidak memiliki pengendali individu.

  Namun semata-mata untuk memenuhi ketentuan Perpres 13/2018 dan Peraturan Bursa No. I-E, Perseroan
  siap bekerja sama dengan Bursa Efek Indonesia untuk memenuhi ketentuan tersebut. Perseroan akan
  sesegera mungkin berdiskusi secara internal termasuk dengan pihak Unilever Plc untuk menentukan
  orang perorangan yang berwenang untuk mewakili Unilever Plc. Apabila Perseroan telah menentukan
  orang-perorangan yang tepat sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku dan keputusan internal untuk menjadi
  pemilik manfaat Perseroan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Perpres 13/2018, maka Perseroan akan
  mengungkapkannya secara berkala melalui Laporan Bulanan Registrasi Efek yang disampaikan setiap
  bulan oleh Perseroan.

  The Company understands the criteria related to beneficial owners as stipulated in Article 1 point 2 of
  Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 13 of 2018 (“Perpres 13/2018”). The
  intended beneficial owner must be an individual. However, in practice, there is no individual or natural
  person in a personal capacity who meets the criteria of a beneficial owner of the Company as described
  in Perpres 13/2018. This is because the Company is owned by corporate entities and the ultimate
  beneficiary is Unilever Plc. Unilever Plc itself is a public company whose shares are listed on the London
  Stock Exchange and the New York Stock Exchange, and Unilever Plc does not have an individual
  controller.

  Nevertheless, solely to comply with the provisions of Perpres 13/2018 and Stock Exchange Regulation
  No. I-E, the Company is prepared to cooperate with the Indonesia Stock Exchange to fulfil these
  requirements. The Company will promptly conduct internal discussions, including with Unilever Plc, to
  determine the individual authorized to represent Unilever Plc. Once the Company has identified the
  appropriate individual in accordance with applicable regulations and internal decisions to act as the
  Company's beneficial owner as referred to in Perpres 13/2018, the Company will disclose this
  information periodically through the Monthly Securities Registration Report submitted by the Company
  each month.

2. Informasi Pemilik Manfaat tingkat perorangan Perseroan saat ini / Information on the
   Company’s current individual-level Beneficial Owner

  Tanggapan Perseroan / Company’s Response :

  Perseroan saat ini belum memiliki informasi pemilik manfaat tingkat Perseroan yang tepat. Kami akan
  segera berdiskusi di internal kami untuk menentukan pemilik manfaat tingkat perorangan Perseroan dan
  melaporkannya melalui Laporan Bulanan Registrasi Efek.

  owner. We will promptly conduct internal discussions to determine the individual beneficial owner of
  the Company and report it through the Monthly Securities Registration Report.
