concerning Explanation Request from Stock Exchange , and pursuant to the provision of Decree of the Board
of Directors PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. Kep -00087/BEI/12-2025 dated 12 December 2025 on Regulation
Number I-E on the Obligations to Submit Information (“Stock Exchange Regulation No. I -E”), herewith, is
submitted PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (“Company ’s”) response as follows:
1. The reason the Company has not disclosed the Beneficial Owners at the individual level.
Response :
As stipulated in Law Number 19 of 2023 concerning State -Owned Enterprises as last amended by Law
Number 16 of 2025 (“ SOEs Law ”), the Company (as a state -owned enterprise/SOE) is an entity
controlled by the State of Republic of Indonesia, both directly (through ownership of Series A Dwiwarna
Shares) and indirectly (through ownership of the majority of Series B shares by PT Mineral Industri
Indonesia (Persero), a company directly controlled by the State of the Republic of Indonesia ).
Considering the above -mentioned matters and referring to Provision I.5 of Stock Exchange Regulation
No. I -E, we would like to convey that currently there is no individual Beneficial Owner in the
Company . In addition, the Company conveys that the Company has disclosed the Company's Beneficial
Owners in the Monthly Report of Securities Holder Registration on a regular basis every month .

2. Current individual level Beneficial Owner Information of the Company.
Response :
As explained in number 1 above, the Company confirms that up to now, there is no ultimate beneficial
owner at the individual level in the Company .
