Ltd (“PUI”) kepada Otoritas Jasa Keuangan terkait dengan Laporan Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham milik PUI di Perseroan, - PUI merupakan Pemegang Saham Pengendali Perseroan, - Informasi detail terkait Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham tersebut sebagaimana terlampir dalam surat ini./ - On 6 August 2026, the Company received a copy of the letter from Pacific Universal Investments Pte. Ltd. (“PUI”) addressed to the Financial Services Authority in relation to the Report on Changes in PUPs Share Ownership in the Company, - PUI is the Controlling Shareholder of the Company, - Detailed information regarding the changes in PUIPs share ownership is set out in the attached letter.
