Pacific Samudra Investment Pte. Ltd. (anak perusahaan
yang dimiliki 10096 oleh PUI) ("Pacific Samudra") telah
mengambil bagian atas 51 saham dalam Samudra
(Investment) Pte. Ltd. ("SIPL") dengan harga sebesar
USD51. Dana investasi yang dikelola atau diberikan
nasihat investasi oleh CVC Capital Partners plc, beserta
entitas anaknya ("CVC Funds"), telah mengambil bagian
atas sisa 49 saham dalam SIPL.

Sebagaimana diungkapkan dalam Pernyataan
Penawaran Tender Wajib tanggal 17 Juni 2026, CVC
Funds telah menyediakan seluruh pendanaan yang
diperlukan oleh SIPL untuk memenuhi kewajiban SIPL
dalam Penawaran Tender Wajib yang dilakukan oleh PUI
atas saham dalam MAPI ("MTO”).

Setelah penyelesaian MTO, Pacific Samudra mengalihkan
seluruh kepemilikannya atas 51 saham dalam SIPL
kepada CVC Funds dengan harga sebesar USD51,
sehingga CVC Funds kini memiliki seluruh saham dalam
SIPL. /

Pacific Samudra Investment Pte. Ltd. (a 10096-owned
subsidiary of PUI) (“Pacific Samudra”) had subscribed for
51 shares in Samudra (Investment) Pte. Ltd, (“SIPL”) for
USD51. The funds managed or advised by CVC Capital
Partners plc, together with its subsidiaries (“CVC Funds”),
had subscribed for the remaining 49 shares in SIPL.

As disclosed in the Mandatory Tender Offer Statement
dated 17 June 2026, the CVC Funds had provided all the
funding reguired by SIPL to fulfil SIPL's obligations under
the Mandatory Tender Offer made by PUI for MAPI
(MTO”).

Following the settlement of the MTO, Pacific Samudra
transferred all its 51 shares in SIPL to the CVC Funds for
USD51, such that the CVC Funds now holds all the shares in
SIPL.
