Facts Credit Facility Agreement (KI KENANGA) with the creditor, PT
Bank Central Asia, Tbk., with a principal credit facility amount
of IDR 130,500,000,000 (one hundred thirty billion five
hundred million rupiah).
Impact of event, material information or There is no material impact on the Company operations, legal
facts towards Issuers or Public matters, financial condition, or business continuity arising from
Company’s operational activities, legal, the implementation of the aforementioned Transaction. The
financial condition, or going concern proceeds from the Transaction will be used by the Company to
purchase new trucks for business purposes.
