Based on the Resolution of Board of Directors of PT Matahari Putra Prima Tbk (the ”Company”) dated
August 04, 2026, the Company hereby announces that the Board of Directors of the Company has
approved the appointment of Detryanti Putri as the Corporate Secretary. This notification is submitted in
order to fulfill the provisions of OJK Regulation Number 35/POJK.04/2014 concerning the Corporate
Secretary of Issuer or Public Companies.
