Merujuk pada Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No. 35/POJK.04/2014 tentang Sekretaris Perusahaan
Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik dan berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Direksi Perseroan
No. 010/VIII/2026-BOD.MPPA tertanggal 4 Agustus 2026, dengan ini Direksi Perseroan menunjuk
Detryanti Putri sebagai Sekretaris Perusahaan menggantikan Mirtha Sukanto terhitung sejak tanggal
4 Agustus 2026.
Referring to Financial Authority Services Regulation No. 35/POJK.04/2014 concerning Corporate
Secretary of Issuers or Public Companies and based on the Resolution of Board of Directors of the
Company No. 010/VIII/2026-BOD.MPPA dated August 4, 2026, hereby the Board of Directors of the
Company announces the appointment of Detryanti Putri as Corporate Secretary of the Company to
replace Mirtha Sukanto as of August 4, 2026
