Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Dalam upaya meningkatkan pengalaman layanan kesehatan
setiap pasien dengan menyediakan akses yang unggul
terhadap perawatan yang berfokus pada manusia serta
inovasi terdepan di seluruh Indonesia, Perseroan melakukan
perubahan logo sebagaimana ternyata dalam lampiran.
Sejalan dengan perubahan logo tersebut,seluruh entitas anak
perusahaan Perseroan (termasuk unit rumah sakit dan klinik
terkait) juga melakukan penyesuaian logo untuk
mencerminkan keselarasan identitas visual
dalam satu grup usaha.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak ada dampak material atas perubahan merek tersebut

Facts by providing superior access to human centered care and
leading edge innovations across Indonesia, the Company has
implemented the following change to its logo as set forth in the
attachment.
In line with such change, all the Companys subsidiaries
including the relevant hospital units and clinics have also
adjusted their respective logos to reflect a consisten visual
identity within the same business group.
