Pembatalan Rapat dilakukan sehubungan dengan adanya penyesuaian terkait agenda pelaksanaan Rapat.

This is to notify the shareholders of PT PP Presisi Tbk (“the Company”) that, with reference to the Notice of the Extraordinary
General Meeting of Shareholders (“the Meeting”) of the Company dated 30 December 2025, the Company hereby
announces that the Meeting, which was originally scheduled to be held on 21 January 2026, has been cancelled.
The cancellation of the Meeting is made in connection with adjustments to the agenda of the Meeting.
This announcement is hereby conveyed. We thank the shareholders for their attention.
