Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material 1. Sesuai dengan ketentuan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa
Keuangan Nomor 29 Tahun 2023 tentang Pembelian Kembali
Saham Yang Dikeluarkan Oleh Perusahaan Terbuka (POJK
29 2023), PT PP Presisi Tbk (Perseroan) dengan ini
menyampaikan rencana pengalihan saham hasil pembelian
kembali sebanyak 108.058.700 Saham (Saham Treasuri)
dengan cara dijual di Bursa Efek Indonesia (Bursa) dengan
memperhatikan ketentuan persyaratan yang diatur dalam
POJK 29 2023.
2. Perseroan telah menunjuk PT BNI Sekuritas sebagai
Anggota Bursa yang akan melakukan penjualan Saham
Treasuri tersebut di Bursa, yang akan dimulai 5 (Lima) hari
kerja terhitung sejak tanggal Keterbukaan Informasi ini, yakni
dari tanggal 22 Januari 2026 sampai dengan tanggal 30 Juli
2026.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta -
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau
Perusahaan Publik

Description of Material Information or 1. In accordance with the provisions of Financial Services
Facts Authority Regulation Number 29 of 2023 concerning Share
Buybacks by Public Companies (POJK 29 2023), PT PP
Presisi Tbk (the Company) hereby announces its plan to
transfer 108.058.700 shares resulting from the share buyback
(treasury shares) through sales on the Indonesia Stock
Exchange (the Exchange), in compliance with the
requirements and conditions stipulated under POJK 29 2023.
2. The Company has appointed PT BNI Sekuritas as the
Exchange Member to conduct the sale of the treasury shares
on the Exchange, which will commence five business days as
of the date of this Information Disclosure, namely from 22
January 2026 until 30 July 2026.
