b) Tingkat Bunga: 10,00%
c) Jumlah Pokok: Rp 200.000.000.000,- (dua ratus miliar
Rupiah)
d) Jumlah Bunga Ke-Empat Belas: Rp 5.000.000.000,- (lima
miliar Rupiah)
e) Tanggal Pembayaran: 9 Januari 2026 berdasarkan Surat
KSEI No. KSEI-31135/JKU/1225 tanggal 29 Desember 2025
dan No. KSEI-0383/JKU/0126 tanggal 6 Januari 2026,
pembayaran pokok dan bunga MTN kepada pemegang MTN.
Pembelian kembali ini sekaligus merupakan pelunasan atas
seluruh MTN.

b) Interest Rate: 10.00%
c) Principal Amount: IDR 200,000,000,000 (two hundred billion
Rupiah)
d) Fourteenth Interest Amount: IDR 5,000,000,000 (five billion
Rupiah)
e) Payment Date: January 9, 2026, based on KSEI Letter No.
KSEI-31135/JKU/1225 dated December 29, 2025, and No.
KSEI-0383/JKU/0126 dated January 6, 2026, payment of MTN
principal and interest to MTN holders.
This repurchase also constitutes repayment of all MTN.
