Sampai dengan saat ini, Perseroan tidak memiliki informasi atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi

Sampai dengan saat ini, tidak ada informasi terkait aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu lainnya
sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 11/POJK.04/2017 tentang Laporan
4 Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka yang belum disampaikan
kepada publik.
As of the date of this disclosure, there is no other activities of certain shareholders as stipulated in the
Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 11/POJK.04/2017 on the Report of Ownership or Any
Change in Share Ownership of Public Companies that has not been published to the public.

Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat, termasuk
rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa (paling tidak dalam
3 bulan mendatang)?
Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut di atas, Perseroan dengan ini menyampaikan bahwa sampai dengan
tanggal surat ini, Perseroan tidak memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat,
termasuk rencana korporasi yang dapat berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa, paling

tidak dalam jangka waktu 3 (tiga) bulan ke depan.
In relation to the above matter, the Company hereby confirms that as of the date of this disclosure, the
Company does not have any plans to undertake corporate actions in the near future, including any corporate
plans that may result in changes to the listing of the Company shares on the Stock Exchange, at least within
the next three (3) months.
Rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan. Dalam hal ini,
mohon kiranya Corporate Secretary menanyakan terlebih dahulu kepada pemegang saham utama dalam
menjawab konfirmasi tersebut.
Sampai dengan saat ini, pemegang saham mayoritas Perseroan, PT Energy Battery Indonesia (EBI),

menyatakan bahwa EBI bermaksud untuk mempertahankan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan.
As of the date of this disclosure, the Company's majority shareholder, PT Energy Battery Indonesia (EBI),
informed that it intends to maintain its shareholding in the Company.
