Berdasarkan pemantauan BEI terhadap aktivitas transaksi efek PT Adhi Kartiko Pratama Tbk,
dengan ini BEI informasikan bahwa telah terjadi fluktuasi harga dan aktivitas transaksi efek
perseroan, sebagai berikut :

Based on the IDX's monitoring of the trading activities of the securities of PT Adhi Kartiko
Pratama Tbk, the IDX hereby informs that there has been a fluctuation in the price and trading
activity of the Company's securities, as follows:

BEI informasikan bahwa pada tanggal 6 Januari 2026 telah terjadi peningkatan aktivitas dan
harga saham PT Adhi Kartiko Pratama Tbk. (NICE) sebagai berikut:
The IDX further informs that on January 6, 2026, there was an increase in trading activity and
the share price of PT Adhi Kartiko Pratama Tbk (NICE), as follows:

1) Aktivitas transaksi meningkat menjadi sebanyak 40.059.500 saham dengan frekuensi 3.572
kali dibandingkan hari bursa sebelumnya sebanyak 4.016.300 saham dengan frekuensi 688
kali.

Trading activity increased to 40,059,500 shares with a trading freguency of 3,572 times,
compared to the previous trading day of 4,016,300 shares with a trading freguency of 688
times.

2) Harga ditutup meningkat sebesar Rp34 atau 8,33” dari harga penutupan sebelumnya pada
Rp408 menjadi Rp442
The closing price increased by Rp34 or 8.334 from the previous closing price of Rp408 to
Rp442.

Atas dasar hal tersebut, BEI mohon penjelasan tertulis dari Perseroan untuk diumumkan kepada
publik mengenai hal-hal sebagai berikut:

disclosed to the public regarding the following matters:

Sampai dengan saat ini, tidak ada informasi terkait aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu
lainnya sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 11/POJK.04/2017
tentang Laporan Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka
yang belum disampaikan kepada publik.

As of the date of this disclosure, there is no other activities of certain shareholders as stipulated
in the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 11/POJK.04/2017 on the Report of
Ownership or Any Change in Share Ownership of Public Companies that has not been published
to the public.

. Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat,
termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di
Bursa (paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang)?

Does the Company have any plans to conduct corporate actions in the near future, including
corporate plans that will result in the listing of the Company's shares on the Stock Exchange (at
least in the next 3 months)?

Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut di atas, Perseroan dengan ini menyampaikan bahwa sampai
dengan tanggal surat ini, Perseroan tidak memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi
dalam waktu dekat, termasuk rencana korporasi yang dapat berakibat terhadap pencatatan
saham Perseroan di Bursa, paling tidak dalam 3 (tiga) bulan mendatang.

In relation to the above matter, the Company hereby confirms that as of the date of this
disclosure, the Company does not have any plans to undertake corporate actions in the near
future, including any corporate plans that may result in changes to the listing of the Company's
shares on the Stock Exchange, at least within the next three (3) months.

Rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan. Dalam
hal ini, mohon kiranya Corporate Secretary menanyakan terlebih dahulu kepada pemegang
saham utama dalam menjawab konfirmasi tersebut.

Plans of the controlling shareholder regarding its share ownership in the Company. In this regard,
we kindly reguest the Corporate Secretary to first obtain confirmation from the controlling
Shareholder prior to providing the response to such confirmation.

Tanggapan:

Sampai dengan saat ini, pemegang saham mayoritas Perseroan, PT Energy Battery Indonesia
(EBI), menyatakan bahwa EBI bermaksud untuk mempertahankan kepemilikan sahamnya di
Perseroan.

As of the date of this disclosure, the Company's majority shareholder, PT Energy Battery
Indonesia (EBI), informed that it intends to maintain its shareholding in the Company.
