Merujuk pada ketentuan butir III.1.1.4 Peraturan Nomor I-E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian
Informasi (Lampiran Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Nomor: Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022
tanggal 30 September 2022), bersama ini kami PT Link Net Tbk (“Perseroan”) menyampaikan
penjelasan atas perubahan lebih dari 20% atas Total Liabilitas pada Laporan Keuangan Kwartal III
per 30 September 2025 dibandingkan dengan Laporan Keuangan Tahunan per 31 Desember 2024.
Referring to the provision of point III.1.1.4 of Regulation Number I-E concerning the Obligation of
Information Submission (Attachment to the Decree of the Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek
Indonesia Number: Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 dated 30 September 2022), we, PT Link Net Tbk
(the “Company”), hereby convey the Explanation on the Changes of More than 20% in Total
Liabilities on the Third Quarter Financial Statements as at 30 September 2025 compared to the
Annual Financial Statements as at 31 December 2024.
Total kewajiban konsolidasian per tanggal 30 September 2025 tercatat sebesar Rp11.111.718 juta
mengalami peningkatan sebesar 24,69% atau sebesar Rp2.200.134 juta dibandingkan dengan total
kewajiban konsolidasian yang tercatat pada tanggal 31 Desember 2024 sebesar Rp8.911.584 juta.
The total of consolidated liabilities as at 30 September 2025 was recorded at Rp11,111,718 million,
increased of 24.69% or Rp2,200,134 million compared to the total consolidated liabilities recorded
as at 31 December 2024 of Rp8,911,584 million.
Peningkatan atas total Kewajiban tersebut di atas terjadi karena adanya peningkatan fasilitas kredit
perbankan yang dicairkan oleh Perseroan sampai dengan 30 September 2025 dari Citibank, N.A.
Indonesia sebesar Rp400.000 juta (“Fasilitas”). Fasilitas digunakan untuk membiayai modal kerja
Perseroan secara umum. Selain itu peningkatan tersebut terjadi karena adanya utang lain-lain kepada
pihak berelasi sebesar Rp1.965.091 terkait dengan dukungan aktivitas penagihan.
The increase in total liabilities above was due to the incremental banking credit facility utilized by the
Company as at 30 September 2025 from Citibank, N.A. Indonesia amounting to Rp400,000 million
(“Facility”). The facility was used for the purpose of financing the Company’s working capital in
general. In addition, this increase occurred due to other payables owing to related parties amounting
to Rp1,965,091 related to the support for collection activities.

Menurut Perseroan, pencairan Fasilitas dapat membantu kinerja keuangan Perseroan pada tahun berjalan. Terkait dengan utang lain-lain, kewajiban tersebut akan diselesaikan melalui piutang usaha dari pihak berelasi. Dengan demikian, hal ini tidak akan berdampak secara material terhadap kegiatan operasional serta kelangsungan usaha Perseroan. According to the Company, the disbursement of the Facility may assist in the Company's financial performance in the current year. Regarding other payables, these obligations will be settled through trade receivables from related parties.
